We are a specialist independent family run cycle shop who pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the industry and great service. Our expertise lies in offering incredible deals on a superb range of top quality mountain bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, bmx bikes, downhill bikes, commuter bikes, bike parts and cycle accessories.  Our fully equipped workshop is ready to take on any job big or small, from a gear adjustment to a full service. We cater for all cyclists from the everyday user right through to the dedicated cyclist.

Bespoke Bike Builds

We also specialize in Bespoke Bike Builds – custom made to the buyers specification. We can sell you a frame and build to your specification, or you can bring in your frame and we can do the same. Over the years we have refurbished and brought back to life many customers pride and joys, most of these bikes are one of a kind and we are very proud to be part of bringing great happiness to their owners. Recently we have had an increase in customers purchasing bikes from other shops or mail order companies that have not been assembled as they should be – we are always happy to help with this and ensure that any bike is assembled to our high standards.

After Sales Service

When you purchase a bike from Phoenix Cycles in Eastbourne it will be built to our very high standard by one of our highly qualified technicians, using our preferred lubes and greases this is all included in the purchase price. Also included are any after sales adjustments and a free service within six months of purchase.

Cycle Hire

We can offer a hire service, we have limited cycles available for hire at £15.00 per day. We may increase with demand and peak times.
